Few thoughts...-- Yeah, I'm taking Kansas to win, just like everyone else. Is it troubling that they're in
by far the toughest regional? Of course. But I think they're the best team in the country. Kansas has everything you look for -- talent, experience, coaching, shooting, size, superior guard play. They have to be the pick.
-- I feel like we're going to be looking back at this Kentucky team in four years and wonder how on Earth they didn't go undefeated and win the National Championship. Wall will be one of the NBA's best guards, Cousins will be throwing up 20/10, Bledsoe and Patterson will (at least) be quality pro starters.
Still, the lack of experience is so jarring. Of all the super stud freshmen to come into the college game since the rule change, I believe only Oden and Rose have led their team to the Final Four. Durant, Beasley, Mayo, ect. couldn't, and I feel like Wall will suffer a similar fate.
