I Give Up: The Best Bears Smack Talk From Around the Webby Ricky O'Donnell on December 21 at 1:20PM
Highlighting what others wrote about the Bears, so I don't have to write anything... Da Bears Blog:
Bear Goggles On: Watching this game was like a three-hour dry heave. The second half was the most uninspired football that I've ever seen. Brad Biggs: In a season of lousy outings, Cutler was at his worst and the 21 inches of snow that fell Saturday on Baltimore were no excuse. The playing surface was perfect and Cutler was perfectly awful. He was picked off three more times to give him 25, and the Ravens turned the first two into a 14-0 lead after Joe Flacco tossed two touchdown passes to tight end Todd Heap. Cutler finished 10-for-27 for 94 yards to give him a career-low passer rating of 7.9, the worst ever by a Ravens' opponent. MOUTHPIECE:

Although I felt that Orton was a competent starting QB, I was all in favor of Cutler's acquisition. In retrospect, there was already a bit of writing on the wall, and more than a few of us missed it, being blinded by his "potential".
His winning record wasn't any better than Orton's, and he played for a superior team, and head coach.
When the Broncos led their division by three games with three remaining, he couldn't navigate the single victory that would have assured them a playoff berth. He choked.
The hissy fit that he threw to facilitate his trade to the Bears said more about his very nature than any of us cared to believe.
Maybe this guy is a loser.
And another thing:
I've seen QB's that were coach killers of the highest order, but Cutler transcends that moniker. He might be a GM killer.
Interesting. I kind of like that.
