I think Pitchfork gets a bad rap at this point. They're pretty tough with their album reviews, but the news feed is solid, and I really think they do a great job with the lists. I can't tell you how many awesome albums I've found from their best of the 90's list. I like lots of stuff that they hate, and they love lots of stuff that I could never listen to more than once, but overall I feel like it's a really good resource.
Last summer I said the three best songs of the decade were 1) Hey Ya, 2) Crazy, 3) Paper Planes, so I feel pretty good that they're all in the P4k top 20. I'm interested to see their list of the albums of the decade. I'd guess Kid A, Funeral, and Yankee Hotel Foxtrot would all be up there.
They're definitely a good source, and I read their reviews semi-regularly (not as religiously as I read, say, allmusic.com), but yeah, always interesting takes. Kind of like a likable, readable version of Jay Mariotti (that's much less of a backhanded compliment than it sounds).

That Pitchfork list was about 80% less smug than I thought it would be. Plus Jigga got on it twice. Good stuff.
