I'm pretty confident with the East and South regions, but the bottom half of the bracket is a toss up. Bill Self always chokes it away, which is why I have Kansas falling to Vandy, but the Jayhawks have looked really impressive this year. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them win the whole thing.
