1. Miami Dolphins- Darren McFadden RB Arkansas
In my opinion, this is pretty weak class. There are only two studs, McFadden and Dorsey, and a team as poor as the Dolphins has to take one of them if they keep the pick. Dorsey would not be an ideal fit in Miami's 3-4, so McFadden gets the call. McFadden isn't exactly an ideal fit either, with Ronnie Brown, the second pick in the 2005 draft, being the Dolphins best offensive player before he got injured. I'd be surprised if Miami kept this pick.
2. New England Patriots (from SF)- Glen Dorsey DT LSU
It just doesn't seem fair, but that's why New England is probably the best franchise in sports. It sure looks like the 49ers gave up too much for Joe Staley, don't you think? The Pats are known for trading down and stockpiling pick, but if they are up this high, I wouldn't be surprised if they kept the choice. Adding Glen Dorsey to the Patriots defense is downright intimidating. They have bigger needs at linebacker and in the secondary, but Dorsey might be too good for New England to pass up.
3. Atlanta Falcons- Jake Long OT Michigan
Ever since Michael Vick's fate became clear, Brian Brohm's name has been penciled into this slot. But I've heard lately that scouts are souring on Brohm, and that he isn't worthy of a pick this high. If the Falcons don't take a quarterback with this pick, adding a premier blocker like Jake Long would be ideal.
4. Oakland Raiders- Chris Long DE Virginia
Using a three running back carousel all season, the Raiders would probably love to get their mitts on McFadden, but it doesn't look like they'll be bad enough. Instead, they could opt for Howie Long son, Chris, who could team up with Derrick Burgess to give Oakland a tenacious pass rush.
5. Kansas City Chiefs- Sedrick Ellis DT USC
Allowing a 116 yards rushing per game, KC needs help in the middle of their defensive line. Kansas City could also look for help at quarterback or in the offensive line, but their probably isn't a prospect at those positions that would warrant a selection this high.
6. New York Jets- Calais Campbell DE Miami
The Jets could use help all over the field, but since losing John Abraham, New York has had trouble pressuring the quarterback. No one on the Jets team has more then four sacks.
7. St. Louis Rams- James Laurinaitis LB Ohio State
Injuries derailed St. Louis' season, and adding an impact player with a high draft pick could make them a playoff team next year. The Rams' offense looks fine, but the defense has struggled at times this season. Enter Laurinaitis, who could probably play all three linebacker positions, and would improve the defense right away.
8. Carolina Panthers- Andre Woodson QB Kentucky
The three best quarterbacks in this class seem to be set: Woodson, BC's Matt Ryan, and Louisville's Brian Brohm. We'll give the edge to Woodson here because of his mobility, and if he ends up in Carolina, he could have a chance to play right away.
9. Baltimore Ravens- Vernon Gholston DE Ohio St.
Gholston has been a monster for the Big 10's best team all season, and he would fill the hole Adalius Thomas left last season. A quarterback or a cornerback like Mike Jenkins or Malcolm Jenkins could also help.
10. Houston Texans- Rashard Mendenhall RB Illinois
If Mendenhll comes out, he could warrant a top-15 pick. Houston needs help at running back more then any other position, and Mendenhall proved he can carry a big work load this season in Champaign. As always, the Texans could use offensive line help, or a defensive back.

I'd go with Felix Jones over Mendenhall.
