-Head over to Brian's site for all Eagles related matters. You'll learn a lot more about them over there then you would here.
At 2-4, the Bears are in serious need of victory. It won't come against Eagles, because wins don't come free in Phili. I really thought this Bears team was going to be dominant this year, but it just hasn't happened. Sure, injuries have had a lot to do with it, but players I thought were good have not produced. Keeping with Bears tradition over my lifetime, Grossman and Benson are two more first round busts, and guys like Daniel Manning and Brandon McGowan haven't taken advantage of great opportunities. Even Urlacher hasn't played that well. Maybe this team just isn't that good, and a loss in the Phili would probably seal that. It's certainly possible to come back from a 2-5 start- and as I've said all year long, if this team wins nine games and sneaks into the playoffs, can I see them tearing people apart- but the 2007 season is starting to look like a bust all around. It's too bad because they seem to have so much young talent.
Can the Bears win this week? Of course, the Eagles aren't exactly living up to Brian and SML's standards at just 2-3. Hopefully Hester can get more involved in the offense, which I think will happen more once teams just start punting it out of bounds. Look for Olsen to breakout if the Bears can get going offensively, and maybe it's time to see what Bradley and Garrett Wolfe can do. Moose is atrocious, if it were up to me Bradley would be getting all his snaps. People forget how high of a draft pick Mark Bradley was, the organization owes it to themselves to see if the guy is any good. If not, it looks like the Bears swung and missed on their top two 2004 draft picks. I think I've predicted the Bears to win every game this year on this site, but I can't talk myself into taking them this week. Last week's loss was just too demoralizing.
Prediction: Eagles 24, Bears 17

I owned the Randall Cunningham Starting Lineup back in the day. I do miss those days sometimes.
This game is a coin flip as far as I'm concerned. I think Westbrook should have a huge game, but I don't know if the Eagles will commit to running the ball. Hester scares the crap out of me, too.
