The Pacers dead last? You're killing me! Did John Hollinger write this? Guess I'll just have to wait until the season begins...

It's hard to feel anything about this season until the Bulls make or don't make the Kobe trade. I feel like I'm in purgatory or something. That said, how is it possible Aaron Gray is looking better in the NBA pre-season than he did in college? I don't know. Can't wait to see what Noah is going to bring to the team. And Wallace already looks like a better player now that he's got the headband back. Yes, I know it makes no difference.

I don't know man, Aaron Gray was pretty good in college too, but he has been good in the preseason. I also hope JamesOn can turn into Jannero Pargo 2.0.

Something isn't right here. JamesOn Curry isn't who you think he is. JamesOn was murdered by his twin brother, JamesOff, right after the draft. He has assumed his identity for obvious financial reasons, but there's more to this story...

This list is pretty dead on.

The Heat are perhaps a little too high, and the Celtics might be, too. The Rockets are going to be at the top of this list as soon as they get their PG situation resolved.

I have a feeling the Nuggets might be unreal this year. They really started to click the final month of last season. The supporting parts aren't bad either: Camby and Nene are as solid as interior defenders come, and Camby is a better scorer then people give him credit for. JR can light it up off the bench, really they need a distributing point and then they'd be a title contender. I guess they're going with AI to run the point- with i think Chucky Atkins backing him up (yikes). Still, I like that team alot and see them making some noise.

Also, I'm buying all this Detroit bs about Rodney Stuckey and Amir Johnson right now. I think they're gonna give this team a demension they missed last year and add tons of energy.

Gray was horrible in college. I know he probably put up numbers against bad teams, but when he played any defender he was remotely competent, he fell apart. I remember watching a few Pitt games with my roommate and thinking "This guy's a Top 10 pick?!" Obviously he wasn't, as he fell to the second round. The craziest part is, I had this other friend who really really wanted the Bulls to draft Gray, and he spent the whole draft bitching about the Noah pick -- but then obviously had to shut up after the second round selection.

I KNOW THEY HAVENT PROVEN ANYTHING YET, BUT THE HAWKS HAVE IMPROVED EVERY YEAR OVER THE PAST 4 SEASONS, AND WITH THE DEFENSIVE PRESENCE HORFORD BRINGS, DRAMATICALLY CHANGES THE WAY THE TEAM CAN FUNCTION AS AN ENTIRE UNIT...WITH ALL THAT YOUNG TALENT, AND SWITCHING TO AN UPTEMPO OFFENSE, THE HAWKS SHOULD BE RANKED HIGHER THAN 23RD...I MEAN THE KNICKS AT 17?? WHAT THE HECK HAVE THEY DONE LATELY??
