27. New Orleans Saints- WR Robert Meachem, Tennessee
Good pick for the Saints here. We really like Meachem a lot and this gives Brees another target after losing Joe Horn. Sean Payton is obviously an offensive guy and the Saints are going to play football like the Suns play basketball, they’re going to out score you. With an offensive arsenal of Brees, Bush, Colston, McAllister, and now Meachem, the Saints clearly have one of the best offenses in the NFL.
28. New England Patriots traded to San Francisco 49ers- OT Joe Staley, Central Mich.
With the 49ers and Bears liking Staley, the 49ers traded up to grab their second first round pick. Staley is a converted tight end with a lot of upside, a guy who was likely to go 29 to Baltimore. San Fran’s o-line struggled last season with Kwame Harris, a former first round pick, now looking like he’s out of a job.
29. Baltimore Ravens- G Ben Grubbs, Auburn
A player the Bears really liked, Grubbs is an NFL ready prospect he defines the term road grader. He’s a pure guard, Grubbs should step in right away for a team that has offensive line concerns with John Ogden nearing the end of his career and battling injuries.
30. San Diego Chargers- WR Craig Davis, LSU
This pick is a reach as Dwayne Jarrett, the guy we think is the second best receiver in this draft, is still on the board. More importantly, the Bears won’t want Davis but with Grubbs and Staley now off the board, two guys they liked, the Bears have to take Olsen or Puz.
31. Chicago Bears- TE Greg Olsen, Miami
Good pick by the Bears, adding an elite offensive target with the second to last pick on the draft. We like Olsen a lot and couldn’t be happier with the pick.
32. Indianapolis Colts- WR Anthony Gonzalez, Ohio State
He’s good; thank God this is finally over. My fingers hurt.

Olsen is a great pick-up for your Bears. I'm shocked he fell that far.
